  1. WOO HOO!!! Thanks for more great pix!!! Let's see... of these, ALL of which are beautiful, I may just have to say the one from 'Mag. Doll' is my fav...there is something about how she is all made up in that scene that is just devastating! Sheer perfection!

  2. Wow! Fantastic post full of fantastic, pics gingerfan11 :D If I had to chose just one I would go for the Irene vernon pic. I didn't pay too much attention to that movie until I recently watched it again and I fell in love with it and Ginger's character.

  4. ...I REALLY am just wacko over the stuff she wears in M.D. ... maybe since it is all frilly - lacey, with the cool gloves and 'bling' (hate that phrase, but it is not a bad 'general' term for 'necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings'...of course, now, this explanation has totally negated any attempt to shorten the post...oh well.)
And I really like her hair - weird, because in general, I am not a big 'hair put up' fan, but for some reason, it really works here... I mean REALLY... the title of the movie says it all, y'all!!!

  5. She looks very royal/regal in MD, which was never one of her 'looks,' so it is interesting to see on her for a movie.
I love her gloves in this. I should get some high gloves for fun. I need my regular gloves for when it starts getting colder, but I don't know where I put them. I don't know where I put Ginger's gloves either! I think they're in one of the boxes in my closet, but I haven't had ample time to look.
Huey-- you could say she is 'bejeweled.'
Okay I'm ready to get really excited if I found a fitting word I did not make up! This is momentous!
I still can't get over your most recent post on my Ginger blog. Why was it so funny? I don't know! I don't know if it was because I was in a silly mood or it is just that hysterical! Where did you make up all that stuff from?

  6. Lauren -
..I'm telling you, HueyHam is quite the rounder!!! If I were you, I would just stay AWAY from him...he's bad mojo...muy loco...on the fritz... or as they say 'round these parts, "He's as goofy as a box of rocks"....

BTW... you are slipping!!! We need more 'Laurenisms' to spice up the Queen's English!!!

  7. "you are slipping!!!"
I'll try, honest. I just can't have Laurenisms in my art history paper. Professor is not worthy of reading the Queen's English. :D
And I've apparently been too diligent in my EQ studies because the first thing I thought of when you said that was a normal fault.

  8. "...honey, break out the Teutonic plates tonight...my boss is coming home for dinner with us..."

...Over the years of study, I have learned that whatever type of English the professor likes is what you should really go with...trust me on this one.

I know. Often times I just phrase something the way they do in class and they just eat it up.

    PS Tectonic?

  10. Tectonic, Teutonic... it doesn't matter... the man will eat on ANYTHING... and will eat ANYTHING...
But, just as a precautionary measure, sweetie, don't make your 'Halibut Surprise'...we don't want to tempt fate...
